Phantix provides a SaaS platform enabling businesses to manage communications across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Business, and related integrations.

You are responsible for:
- Maintaining confidentiality of credentials
- Accuracy of information
- All activity under your account

You agree NOT to:
- Send spam or unlawful content
- Violate Meta or WhatsApp policies
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Reverse engineer the platform

Subscription fees are billed as agreed. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We may suspend services for non-payment.

All platform rights remain the property of Phantix. You retain ownership of your content.

Use of WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Business and other APIs is subject to their respective terms and policies.

Services are provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
